A house that holds the whole family

Casa Lembayung was designed for the kind of trip where nobody wants to leave the compound. Wake up to the pool before breakfast, host a barbecue by the water at dusk, and let the kids run the length of the garden without a road in sight.

Every booking is treated as a single private stay — no shared spaces, no other guests, no shortcuts on cleaning between check-outs.

Rates & Policy

Simple terms, stated upfront

RM 800 / night
  • Whole villa, private & exclusive
  • Minimum 2-night stay on weekends
  • Check-in 2:00pm · Check-out 12:00pm
  • Security deposit: RM 500 (refundable)

Security deposit

RM 500 is collected at the time of reservation to secure your dates. This is separate from the nightly rate.

Deposit is returned

In full, within 3 working days after check-out, once the villa is inspected and found free of damage.

Deposit is forfeited

If the reservation is cancelled by the guest, or if damage is found on inspection after check-out.

Confirmation takes 2 steps

Pay the deposit, then send your receipt. Your dates are only locked in once payment is verified.

Frequently Asked

Your dates are only confirmed after the owner verifies your deposit payment receipt. Until then, your slot is held tentatively, not guaranteed.
Within 3 working days of check-out, provided no damage is found during inspection and the stay wasn't cancelled by you.
Cancellations forfeit the security deposit. We recommend confirming your dates are firm before reserving.
The compound has 6 gated parking bays for cars or motorcycles. Let us know your count in the reservation form.
